Strategic management is often performed by groups of managers. By improving the communication process such groups, strategic might be enhanced. This paper investigates application electronic meeting systems (EMS) technology to support management. Eight cases involving five organizations using an EMS facility are examined to: (1) determine how organizational use for management, (2) assess overall effectiveness and efficiency approach (3) capability address a variety group issues in context.
