Sociometric Status and Self-Image of Children with Specific and General Learning Disabilities in Dutch General and Special Education Classes

ABSTRACT
This study focused on the relationship between both achievement level and diagnostic label sociometric status self-image of students in Dutch elementary education. In particular, differences with specific learning disabilities (SLD) general (GLD) were studied, regular as well special A total 1,300 participated, 861 439 (separate) education schools. Students GLD more often rejected had a lower than SLD.
