ABSTRACT
Insufficient sleep and late bedtime are associated with deteriorating glucose tolerance status, diabetes overweight. Although lifestyle in adulthood is influenced by childhood adolescent experiences, little known about the association between habits status children. Thus, we investigated overweight 1050 Japanese adolescents (497 boys) considering effects of diet, physical activity screen time. Overweight was defined International Obesity Task Force.
