Methods: This cross-sectional study that included both T2DM T1DM (if duration > 5 years) who attended clinics at King Fahad Medical City Riyadh between January 2022 December 2022. Data are presented as Mean ± SD. Results: The 1399 whom 566(40.5%) had 833 (59.5 %) Hba1c for 8.8 3.0 %, mean 10.2 ±5.6 years, Time Range (TIR) 42.7 18 % (N=354 subjects). HbA1c 7.8 1.5 14.1 years TIR 52.7 25 (N=139). overall population 20.0 (280/1399) majority ( 86.5 Mild Moderate Non-Proliferative stages. 12.7 24.8 respectively. Subjects were significantly older longer while older, duration, higher Systolic BP, urinary albumin/Creatinine ratio( UACR) lower estimated GFR. Logistic regression showed subjects, glucose variability independently while, UACR subjects. Conclusion: In 20 %.
