ABSTRACT
"Reduction en masse of inguinal hernia" means reduction/migration a hernial sac into the properitoneal space. We report CT findings in case reduction with strangulated obstruction. scan demonstrated fibrous constriction band at neck, situated space superior to region, causing closed-loop The contained thickened bowel loop wall enhancement and fluid suggestive incarceration/strangulation. propose call this, 'The sign', defined as "Presence (and not inguinal/femoral canal) containing an obstructed/incarcerated small obstruction" identify "reduction hernia".
