The characterization of the surface area iron ore is vital importance for studies mineral processing. specific particles can be measured by nitrogen adsorption, laser diffraction, and mathematical models based on size distribution. difference among these three methods its indication granulation process were discussed. It was found that shapes influences apparently. roughness particle apparently, samples with like-slice like-layer have high area. experiments shows efficiency increases increasing water saturation more fine adhesive get a higher easily. usage big rough improve permeability bed granules. smooth sphere has poor ability granulation.
