ABSTRACT
Aim of this pilot study was to assess blood perfusion bowel in resection lines by means the infrared thermal imaging order choose best place for anastomosis. The paper brings a first experience with used colorectal surgery operation from initial observation patient T3 adenomatous carcinoma no lymph node metastasis. obtained images show clear boundary between parts intestine and without it. proposed position colon identified camera is accordance routinely designated position. Infrared seems be complimentary diagnostic method see surgery.
