The aim of this study was to predict the mechanism action Baohe Pill in treatment functional dyspepsia using network pharmacology. Predict main active ingredients and targets by TCMSP platform database Traditional Chinese Medicine Systematic Pharmacological Analysis Platform, convert collected drug into gene names Uniprot database; obtain FD genes GeneGards, TTD, OMIM database, use Cytoscape 3. 9.0 visualize "drug-ingredient -target" visualization; protein-protein interaction (PPI) String platform; GO KEGG analysis common Metascape molecular docking AutoDock software verify binding activity target proteins. After display analysis, 107 ingredients, 511 potential 2560 disease Bohol were screened. By yielded 6382 biological process entries, 1101 function 586 cellular component 291 pathways.
