ABSTRACT
Our objective was to incorporate the effects of gypsum on phosphorus (P) losses into field-scale ICECREAM model and simulate treatment 93 ha clayey soil with in a catchment located southern Finland. In addition effects, macropore flow description added ICECREAM. First, sensitivity analysis performed for new parameters, retrieved from literature survey. After this, calibrated reference period by setting parameters correspond P observed experiment. Next, effect line laboratory field experiments that suggested decreased changed hydraulic properties soil. Finally, modified verified four seasons after amendment The able three out seasons. According simulations, reduced total 44%. Although erosion is complex process, our relatively simple modifications described impact reasonable accuracy. However, increase confidence performance model, it should be tested under other environmental conditions.
