ABSTRACT
Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the maternal and perinatal outcomes COVID-19 infection during pregnancy. Methods: We performed a retrospective review medical records 37 pregnant women with diagnosis COVID-19. clinical characteristics, laboratory results, neonatal were analyzed. Results: majority cases evaluated as mild (97.3%). None needed intensive care unit or invasive mechanical ventilation mortality not observed. most common symptoms fever (62.2%) cough (40.5%). Of all pregnancies, 5.4% ended abortion, 2.7% stillbirth, 10% infants hospitalized in unit. Neonatal Conclusion: In our study, none SARS-CoV-2 had severe illness. Vertical transmission which possible several studies is observed patient population.
