ABSTRACT
Abstract. In the case of gunshot wounds, upper extremities prevail poly-structural injuries, primarily characterized by damage to nerve trunks, vessels, soft tissues, and bones. Compartment syndrome is one most di ffi cult pathological conditions underlying majority fi rearm complications injuries limbs and, above all, those accompanied bone fractures limbs, can lead permanent disability.Until now, fetal patterns have not been defi nitively clarifi ed in topography fascial- muscular formations, ber spaces, projection anatomy vascular nervous structures anterior region arm at diff erent stages human ontogenesis. The study aimed establish vascular- fetuses. The was conducted on preparations 48 fetuses aged from 4 10 months using macromicroscopic dissection, injection morphometry. It established that main bundle shoulder skin corresponds line connects point between middle front thirds width axillary fossa ulnar fossa. The median third determined near medial edge biceps muscle shoulder, as a rule, laterally brachial artery, within arm, crosses artery goes straight lower approximately artery. Projection bundle, – bicipital groove with epicondyle humerus. An anatomical landmark for determination vein, cutaneous forearm lateral this identifying vein.Obtained data ages an important role applied value will reduce risk iatrogenic exclude possibility developing postoperative period, choose correct tactics operative interventions arm.
