ABSTRACT
Background: Stressors during the COVID-19 pandemic, led to lack of concentration and energy achieve career goals, fatigue, poor performance, burnout reduced quality life people, especially nurses. Methods: This descriptive-analytical study was done with aim determining relationship between perceived stress nurses working in care wards patients hospitals affiliated Mazandaran University Medical Sciences (Mazandaran, Iran) 2020-2021. Inclusion criteria included willingness participate study, having at least a bachelor's degree nursing COVID-19. Data collection tools demographic information questionnaire, Cohen Perceived Stress Questionnaire WHO Quality Life Questionnaire. Frequency, percentage, Mean standard deviation indices were used describe variables. Also, Mann-Whitney, Kruskal-Wallis Spearman correlation coefficients ass Results: The (SD) age participants 33.48 (6.64) years. Most female (%73.3). total scores variables 47.63±24.31 27.62±4.61, respectively. Nurses' domains Physical Health, Psychological, Social Relationships environmental domain 46.52±12.69, 46.57±12.70, 46.39±19.45 50.52±10.52, had direct significant sleep job satisfaction (P<0.001). score also inverse physical social dimensions Conclusions: Based on results this negative effects nurses' their life, it is necessary pay serious attention concerns.
