This article analyzes the influence of ninik mamak (traditional leaders) on victory Governor Mahyeldi and Vice Audy in 2020 West Sumatra Election Agam District. The shaping public perception can be observed political contestation during gubernatorial election December 9, 2020. research aims to analyze how contributed success pair identify factors that enabled mobilize Agam, Sumatra. utilizes a qualitative method with descriptive approach. results this indicate socializes communicates vision mission community through deliberation consensus.
