ABSTRACT
Closed loop supply chain design is to provide an optimal platform for efficient and effective management. It essential strategic operation management problem in management, usually includes multiple conflicting objectives. A new mixed integer non-linear programming model a multi-objective closed network the paper industry developed under uncertainty. The objective functions are minimize total cost, maximize volume flexibility number of vehicles hired order fulfill industry'spolicies towards cleaner green environment. Also, novel hybrid solution presented based on stochastic programming, robust optimization fuzzy goal programming. numerical example utilizing real data from East Azerbaijan Iran designed performance assessed. Furthermore, recently Dragonfly Algorithm (DA) employed solve given large scales compared with Genetic (GA). results indicated that DA achieved better GA.
