ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to prepare and characterize collagen spongious forms for bone tissue engineering. The ideal scaffold has almost the same structural biological functions as a naturally occurring extracellular matrix in terms physical structure chemical composition Having about 30% 70% hydroxyapatite, mimic composition, obtained matrices were characterized by water up-take, enzymatic degradation, scanning electron microscopy indomethacin release from supports. The results showed that composites based on hydroxyapatite absorbed less than ones with indomethacin. The degradation process inhibits collagenase solution, taking place more one week. The pore sizes are proper engineering drug is fast first 4 hours slowly next hours. The us combination between collagen, promising form, degraded vitro, specific absorbance properties, porosity which can rapidly, ensuring diminution inflammation associated pain; formulation could be successfully used regeneration.
