ABSTRACT
With a long tradition in pharmaceutical design, emulsions are functional formulations that can maintain their adaptive power connected with the new formulation requirements. Hence, this study proposed preliminary assays concerning obtaining of natural for oral administration, incorporating pumpkin seed oil and hemp as phases, lecithin emulsifying agent. Using emulsification method, O/W W/O were prepared characterized from stability point view considering organoleptic parameters, conductivity properties followed by an extensive superficial analysis fitting two different goniometric approaches like contact angle pendant drop models. The obtained stable, homogeneous, being reflected composition. Conductivity values confirmed type emulsions, completing profile. Superficial revealed sustain proper due to variation surface tension around 25 mN/m. mean ranging between 31.87±0.51° 44.01±5.48° defined adequate wettability, correlated internal structure. To conclude, offered important data some delivery, accessing biocompatible components. On way, it be created multifunctional systems nutritional value, but also special vehicles designed drug delivery.
