ABSTRACT
Many researchers in the developed countries have been intensively seeking effective methods of plastic recycling over past years.Those techniques are necessary to protect our natural environment and save non-renewable resources.This paper presents concept an electrostatic separator designed as a test bench dedicated separation mixed waste from automotive industry.According current policy European Union on process industry, all these materials must be recycled further for re-entering into life cycle (according circular economy).In this paper, proposed design were offered feasibility conduct research technological tests plastics.The facilitated assessing impact positions high-voltage electrodes, value polarity high voltage, variable speed feeders drums, also triboelectrification parameters (like time intensity) process, among others.A specialized computer vision system has enable quick reliable evaluation efficiency separation.The preliminary results conducted indicated that innovative stand ensures potential, thanks accuracy plastics short time.The showed significant corona electrode position applied voltage effectiveness.It can concluded confirmed ability determine optimally values studied parameters, terms effectiveness.This study widely industry.
