ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research was to determine: 1) phosphate bacteria (PB) mechanisms responsible for enhancing the soil’s soluble phosphorus (P), using processes inorganic P solubilisation, organic mineralization, and blocking soil colloidal adsorption site, 2) investigate factors contributing increase. Phosphate inoculated into sterile Andisols in three separate compositions, termed 1 kg P∙kg–1 (2.82 g rock, 0.5 Ca3(PO4)2, 0.4 Al3(PO4)2, or Fe3(PO4)2), (0.5 cm3 para-Nitrophenylphosphate (pNPP) Na-phytate), (KH2PO4)∙kg–1, order analyse mineraliza-tion, evaluate site P, respectively. Furthermore, spectrophotometry technique applied determine amount dissolved P. PB showed an improvement solubilisation from 147.66 194.61 mg P∙kg–1, also 63.6 91.7 compared control, (31.06 P∙kg–1) (23.7 P∙kg–1), Meanwhile, micro-organisms were known decrease by 13.43%, beyond restraint set at 85.34%. Therefore, increased is possibly expressed, equation as follows: (mg = 1201.96 + 1.18 1.09 mineralization – 0.92 (R2 0.99).
