ABSTRACT
Surface and groundwater resources are two important sources in meeting agricultural, urban, industrial needs. Random supply of surface water has prevented these from being a reliable source at all times. Therefore, acts as insurance case shortage, maintaining the quality is very important. On other hand, studying vulnerability identifying areas prone to aquifer pollution seems necessary for development optimal management valuable resources. Identifying vulnerabilities will lead greater focus on preserving those areas. assessment was performed this study using index (GQI), assessed DRASTIC index. GQI developed based values six parameters (Na +, Mg 2+, Ca SO 42–, Cl–, TDS). The seven (depth table, net recharge, media, soil topography, impact vadose zone, hydraulic conductivity). zoning both indexes been done geographic information system (GIS) software. results show that region about 93, its 86. excellent, low.
