The effect of various irrigation technologies and strategies on water resources management

ABSTRACT
Today, the uncontrolled abstraction of surface water and groundwater resources has created adverse consequences, which include: extinction living organisms, land subsidence, salinity coastal aquifers, increased pumping energy. Therefore, need to manage available is felt more than ever. Among various uses (agriculture, drinking, industry), agriculture accounts for bulk consumption. Due climate change growing population, determining appropriate strategy technology irrigation necessary. In current study, a simulation model used numerically simulate dynamics daily soil moisture during potato crop season estimate production economic benefits. For climatic data, observations meteorological station have been used. Results analyses presented all cases micro traditional methods agricultural management strategies non-stress irrigation, low rainfed cultivation. The results showed that in method, net profit are almost equal both methods. microtechnology made 1.75 times technology, indicates impact on production.
