ABSTRACT
Abstract The aim of the paper was to determine level reliability a carousel type device. Considering improvement reliability, we decided use basic tools FMEA and FTA. Using FMEA, identified most critical part equipment, namely welding (RPN=320). proposed measure only solved detection. Based on analysis, chose TOP event for FTA - bad weld. detected probability peak failure by quantitative analysis at 0.58%. We events leading event, i.e. an allowed sonotrode, incorrect position membrane during sampling, short time insufficient weld depth. Subsequently, indicators were quantified. achieved almost 100% availability values. Despite this, find out more comprehensive follow up findings from FMEA. used DEMATEL model our own economic model. model, found that depth are causative modes, means, they significantly influence other modes do so with high significance. creation evaluation based quantification direct costs consequences certain number defective products contributed fact again determined highest priority solving event. incurred as result their occurrence downtime these regimes. These models create space us effectively design measures improve production quality, what is prerequisite ensuring reduction in downtime, increase quality overall cost reduction. This also leads reputation manufacturers.
