ABSTRACT
Abstract With the continuous acceleration of social rhythm, health quality and problems public have become more prominent, physical exercise has been increasingly emphasized as a mainstream means to enhance benefits groups. In order explore impact activity on group benefits, this paper puts forward research hypotheses, determines data sources methods, eliminates bias caused by self-selection with help propensity score matching, combines Bivariate Probit model two-stage least squares put method robustness analytical results, completes paper. Setting. overall analysis, regression coefficients mental were 1.021 0.765 significant at 1% level, showing positive correlation. Controlling for same interfering variables, increased group’s physiological psychological an average 0.358 0.151 units, which is promotion effect. Clustering motivation was carried out, in had promoting effect all types motivational groups, remaining except enjoyment group, also showed
