ABSTRACT
Microvesicles known as exosomes have a diameter of 40 to 160 nm and are derived from small endosomal membranes. Exosomes attracted increasing attention over the past ten years in part because they functional vehicles that can deliver variety lipids, proteins, nucleic acids target cells encounter. Because this function, may be used for diagnosis, prognosis treatment many diseases. All throughout world, cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) continue significant cause death. mediators communication between cells, which contribute physiological pathological aspects, aid improving CVD therapies biomarkers diagnosing predicting CVDs. Many studies demonstrated associated with CVDs, such coronary artery disease, heart failure, cardiomyopathy atrial fibrillation. participate progression or inhibition these mainly through contents deliver. However, application diferent CVDs is not very mature. So further research needed field.
