ABSTRACT
Single incision laparoscopic surgery (SILS) may be even less invasive to a patient than conventional (CLS).of the applicability of procedure, first 1½ year experiences and comparison with CLS for colonic cancer resections.Since November 2010 SILS procedures was trained by two surgeons. Data prospectively registered. Each all resections blindly matched patients operated within period from 2009-2011 respect gender, T stadium, age, ASA score BMI. In routine accelerated "fast track" program use additional opioids registered.SILS performed in 18 resections. Comparisons between 36 operations showed no significant difference operation time, blood loss, lymph node harvest hospital stay, but length vascular pedicle significantly larger procedures. Although only 50% received postoperatively, this not different 71% receiving group, similarly number administrations or amount were seen.With reservation small study group we find is like worthy colorectal benefit postoperative recovery pain possible, has investigated randomised studies.
