Flow cytometry plays is important in the diagnosis of acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) and when antigen-specific immunotherapy indicated. We have investigated effects prednisolone, vincristine, daunorubicin, asparaginase methotrexate on antigen expression blast cells that could influence planning therapy as well risk-based treatment assignment.
