Abstract Paper sludge is the water treatment waste, which produced during paper production. (PS) waste utilization common problem in EU and internationally. According to management directive No. 2008/98/EC, should not be utilized landfills. In European Union, alone 93 million tons of PS generated yearly. Nowadays most used as fuel for incineration power plants (up 55 %). legislation such avoided well. Very small portion (10 %) construction sector. construction, additive concrete composite materials.
