ABSTRACT
Objective: To evaluate the effect of supplementation a commercial additive based on blend probiotics, prebiotics and dry sugar cane yeast (Nutrimais® Company Product +Milk®), production quality cows' milk. Theoretical structure: Natural additives used in diet lactating cattle have synergistic may interfere with milk quality, but studies these field are scarce. Methods: The experiment was carried out Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, 46 cows Dutch breed were divided into two control groups without treated group supplemented 8g/day +Milk®. Milk samples for urea nitrogen analysis somatic cell count collected weekly 12 weeks. Production day-1 liters evaluated.
