ABSTRACT
The COVID-19 pandemic dramatically reduced direct interactions between teachers and students during learning hours. As a consequence, struggle to gauge the student’s ability cannot fully understand situation at home for each student, especially adolescents. This was experienced by PKBM X who since has had profound trouble reach out their students. is non-formal high school that upholds values of equality democracy, bear role condition student try help whenever necessary. However, according interviews, some are unsure about how establish relationship with students, in this time pandemic. There also too involved emotionally problems, point where they feel burdened. Utilizing problem tree analysis, it concluded isn’t optimal. To end, training designed inform participants positive teacher -student relationship, With knowledge, realized importance relationships initiate times Not only that, taught manage expectations so continue provide support without being personally affected if not easily approached. After training, teacher’s knowledge teacher-student increased, were able develop action plans students.Pandemi membuat interaksi langsung di jam belajar mengajar antara guru dan siswa berkurang. Guru menjadi sulit mengetahui pemahaman keadaan siswa.. Hal ini dialami oleh yang sejak masa pandemi merasa untuk menjangkau siswa. Padahal, adalah sekolah menjungjung tinggi nilai kesetaraan kekeluargaan, memiliki peran kondisi berusaha membantu. Hanya saja, berdasarkan wawancara, sejumlah ragu bagaimana menjalin dengan siswa, terutama ini. Ada juga malah terlalu terlarut masalah sehingga terbeban secara emosional. Dengan metode analisis pohon masalah, ditemukan bahwa hubungan pada saat kurang Untuk itu, dirancanglah sebuah pelatihan seputar pengetahuan membina positif, ini, diharapkan dapat menyadari pentingnya positif serta memulai pandemi. Tak hanya diajak mengelola ekspektasi tentang tetap memberikan bantuan terbaiknya tanpa terdampak personal jika tidak mudah dijangkau atau didekati. Melalui meningkat, menentukan rencana aksi mereka lakukan X.
