ABSTRACT
In this research, anti-reflection coatings consisting of single and double layers were designed in the IR (8 – 14μm) region to reduce unwanted reflections germanium (Ge) substrate. The reflectance Ge substrate was about 36% per surface. These values reduced reasonably by using layer anti-reflection. used promoted their performance changing thickness refractive indices. results indicated that suggested structures are very efficient reducing substrates selected region. antireflection ZnSe, BaF2 BiF3 on is presented.
