Computer science has evolved to become the basis for evolution and entered into all areas of life where use computer been developed in scientific, military, commercial health institutions. In addition, it applied residential industrial projects due high capacity ability achieve goals a shorter time less effort. this research, computer, its branches, algorithms will be invested psychological field. general, fields, questionnaire model is created according requirements research topic. The contains many questions that are answered by individuals sample space chosen researcher. Often, these long tedious, some repeated not useful. we work on summarizing forms without effecting their results; eventually, steps proposed approach produce better forms. However, leads building method using Apriori algorithm Association rule mining which, consequently, applies each from which unnecessary removed.
