ABSTRACT
Medicinal leech application is a common traditional therapy used for various disorders in many cultures thousands of years. Although it usually safe method, serious side effects can also be seen. As rare effect this cutaneous pseudolymphoma reactive skin disease caused by foreign antigens, infectious processes and arthropod bites. Idiopathic cases sometimes In article, we present case an elderly woman with multiple nodules over her lumbar region emerging after application.
