ABSTRACT
A simple, rapid, precise, and accurate high-performance liquid chromatography method was developed for simultaneous estimation of Clobetasol propionate Fusidic acid in cream. The separation obtained using a mobile phase consisting Acetonitrile Water the ratio 90:10 adjusting pH 5.0 with Glacial acetic (10%) Shim-pack solar C18 (250 × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column. flow rate 1.0 mL/min UV detection at 240 nm employed. retention time 4.787 min 6.006 respectively. Linearity found to be range 3-7 μg/mL 120-280 μg/mL, validated as per ICH guidelines results were within acceptance criteria precision, linearity, specificity, robustness.
