On the present, a considerable reduction of greenhouse gas emissions is one most important challenges in construction motorcars and their driving units.Application biofuels essentially contributes to air pollution caused by exhaust gases.However, application bioethanol as fuel spark ignition engines requires perform some constructional adjustments these order ensure proper functioning eliminate potential operational risks.The scientific publication focused on creation simulation model describing advanced system, which developed for sustainable fuels.The contribution this work consists original system cooling channel, applicable all highperformance sport applications.There were obtained very good results during testing real operation, especially case E85 fuel.Combustion fuel, using above-mentioned significantly eliminated thermal loading whole drive unit.The authors also patent system.
