Broader autonomy must be supported by the performance of a professional village government.The government have strong internal organizational structure with clear division main tasks and functions to support performance.The obstacle that occurred in Palaan Village Government was implementation some positions experienced overlapping work.This study seeks strengthen organizations job analysis approach.The subjects were Government, Ngajum District, Malang Regency.The conducted qualitative methods data collection techniques carried out through observation interviews.The results research approach resulted confirmation authority Head Development Affairs Section Head,, as well reformulation function Hamlet.Palaan also needs disseminate formulation basic all officials.
