Indigenous tourism is a growing segment worldwide.This paper presents bibliometric study that analyzes the scientific literature on field of indigenous in international journals between 1990 and 2013.This relevant given trend deploy to enable economic development communities, using their territory, culture history as potential attractions.While parsing published articles central themes such ecotourism sustainable were identified well peripheral issues governance public policy.Furthermore, this research shows centrality issue all analyzed articles.The article outlines agenda, with indications gaps suggestions encourage contribute communities.
