Comparison of career decision-making difficulties of university students with provision and non-provision of career guidance and counseling services

ABSTRACT
This study investigated career decision-making difficulties (CDMD) of undergraduate university students having provision and non-provision guidance counseling services (CGCS). Final year (N = 306) were selected through simple random sampling from two universities identified Career Services Checklist. CDMD measured a questionnaire developed by Gati & Saka, 2001. Results revealed that had high level as compared to services. A significant difference was also found on the subscales (lack readiness, lack information inconsistent information). Study has important implications in terms determining need establish development centers (CDC) provide related mitigate students.
