ABSTRACT
We design, characterize, and analyze a new kind of metamaterial (MTM) absorber (MA) in difierent frequency regions for the solar cell applications. This MTM based structure is particularly presented range spectrum order to utilize energy efiectively. The proposed provides perfect absorption both infrared visible ranges can be used realization more e-cient cells. also tested terms polarization angle independency. suggested MA has simple conflguration which introduces ∞exibility adjust its properties cells easily re-scaled other ranges. Our experimental results microwave frequencies conflrm resonance agree with simulation results. means that developed will ofier even frequencies.
