A robust semi-deterministic facet model for the computa- tion of radar scattering cross section from ocean-like surface is presented. As a facet-based theory, it more comprehensive which can re∞ect specular and difiuse conflgurations, as well mono- bistatic features. Signiflcant computational e-ciency good agreement with experimental data are observed, makes proposed suitable fast estimation on EM scatter- ing synthetic aperture (SAR) imagery simulation marine scene.
