ABSTRACT
LncRNA MEG3 is involved in the pathogenesis of several types cancers. While its participation and function network colorectal (CR) adenocarcinoma, which one most common malignancies, still hasn't been well studied. Therefore, our study aimed to investigate role adenocarcinoma explore possibly related mechanisms.Tumor tissues adjacent healthy were collected from patients. Blood samples both patients controls prepare serum sample. Expression those was detected by qRT-PCR. knockdown sphingosine kinase 1 (SPHK1) overexpression cell lines established. Its effects on proliferation apoptosis investigated CCK-8 assay MTT assay, respectively. Effects TGF-β1 SPHK1 Western blot.MEG3 expression level decreased tumor than that tissues. Serum lower cancer controls, with increased stage primary tumor. can be used predict prognosis accurately. promoted proliferation, but inhibited apoptosis. also SPHK1. Treatment inhibitor reduced showed no significant MEG3. expression.Downregulation lncRNA promote inhibit up-regulating downstream 1.
