ABSTRACT
Modulated magnetically altered reaction yield (ModMARY) spectroscopy is a derivative variant of fluorescence detected magnetic field effect measurement, where the applied has both constant and modulated component. As in many techniques, signal to noise ratio scales with magnitude modulation. High modulation amplitudes, however, distort can obscure small features measured spectrum. In order detect weak effects (including low effect) balance two be found. this work we look depth at origin distortion MARY by We then present an overtone detection scheme, as well data analysis method which allows for correct fitting harmonic signals broadened data. This us robustly reconstruct underlying curve different depths. To illustrate usefulness technique, show measurements known magnetosensitive system pyrene / 1,3-dicyanobenzene (Py/DCB). The first (h1) second (h2) spectra are performed depths natural isotopic abundance, perdeuterated samples.
