Atypical Presentation of Multiple Myeloma in a 26 Years-Old Young Male with Acute Renal Impairment

ABSTRACT
Multiple myeloma is characterized by a malignant proliferation of bone marrow plasma cells leading to the production monoclonal paraproteins in blood and urine. This pathology occurs more often men with an average 65 years old very rarely younger patients. We present here case 26 years-old male diagnosed multiple myeloma. He presented acute renal impairment (DRA) as first sign Laboratory data showed presence immunoglobulins increased serum level light chains 34% myelograms. Renal biopsy confirmed diagnosis injury from chain deposition. The patient started treatment chemotherapy immunosuppression that was accompanied clinical improvement stabilization function. By presenting this case, we want show can be cause alteration function young patient.
