Preparation of petai pods extract (Parkia speciosa) into ethosome aim to increased penetration through the skin. The method cold is used in preparing encapsulation by with variation concentration soya lecithin, propylene glycol, and ethanol. proportion optimum formula consisted were 0,2 g 1 ml 4 ethanol that response values obtained pH 4,74, viscosity 0,950 cP, %EE 74,326%, stability 7,288%. resulted PDI 0,23, zeta potential -7,5 mV, particle size 818,7 nm. Ethosome showed spheric using Transmissin Electron Microscopy. diffusion analysis highest on (9,525%) than (5,466%). interaction study FTIR show no chemical components
