ABSTRACT
This work investigates the anticancer potential of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) against T47D cells as well stability AgNPs manufactured using extract from Acalypha indica L. used a bioreductant. The plant was to produce and stabilize AgNPs, tracked for 30 days UV-Vis spectroscopy Particle Size Analysis (PSA), which included evaluations extended sun exposure. Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) characterize size shape nanoparticles, Fourier Transform-Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR) determine functional groups were responsible stabilization. Despite gradual increase, remained stable throughout study period. MTT assay confirmed their potent cytotoxicity cells, underscoring indica-derived effective agents cancer therapy, offering promising alternative novel treatments.
