ABSTRACT
This review focuses on the issue of cadmium contamination in agricultural lands, a significant concern many developing countries, including Kazakhstan. Such is primarily linked to growth heavy industries mining regions, soil pollution from metallurgical plants, emissions vehicles, and widespread use phosphorus fertilizers pesticides containing cadmium. Heavy metals tend accumulate around large industrial hubs, contaminating soil, water, plants. These can then enter food chain via forage affecting animals humans. Even small amounts reduce crop yields, inhibit plant growth, disrupt physiological biochemical processes. Therefore, it essential study how impacts plants explore strategies enhance resistance this metal. examines effects metals, particularly cadmium, pollution, its accumulation tissues, toxic impact growth...
