ABSTRACT
Thin films of tin oxide and composite systems based on them have found the greatest applications in solar energy. The properties oxides depend obtaining technology following processes. choice optimal solution maturation time influences functional films. In this research, solutions with adding different volume concentrated aqueous ammonia (NH4OH) per 100 ml system were prepared: 0.8 (pH=1.40), (pH=1.46) 1.6 (pH=1.49). This enabled study obtained from acidity. resistance was measured 10 parts addition, effect isothermal annealing at 2500C structural optical samples investigated. As a result study, there correlation between an increase duration decrease transparency SnCl4/EtOH. temperature within 6 hours led to change 93% (λ=550nm) 88%. further up 9 does not affect
