ABSTRACT
The paper presents studies of two types solar cells: silicon heterojunction and perovskite. investigations were carried out by the method impedance spectroscopy in frequency range from 100 Hz to 5 MHz at a rather wide temperature 128 299 K. Measurements this using specially designed microcryogenic cell. basic structure cell is also described detail work. capable operating 16 K room equipped with three contacts, which makes it possible study electrophysical properties both flat bulk samples. In course out, data obtained on dark active reactive resistances, as well Nyquist curves above different temperatures. results demonstrate clear influence environmental factors, such ambient samples, measurements characteristics cells, are relevant today. Thus, samples promising renewable energy have been studied specialized for studying semiconductor devices (impedance spectroscopy) measuring device its own assembly design, supplement research varying creating low temperatures surrounding Keywords: photovoltaics, semiconductors, spectroscopy, measurements,
