ABSTRACT
In this paper, tannic acid (TA) and Fe3+ were added to form a layer of metal-polyphenol network structure on the surface nanoparticles which fabricated by zein carbon quantum dots (CQDs) encapsulating Phlorotannins (PTN). pH-responsive prepared successfully (zein-PTN-CQDs-FeⅢ). Further, formation composite was confirmed series characterization methods. The zeta-potential Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy data proved that electrostatic interaction hydrogen bonding are dominant forces nanoparticles. encapsulation efficiency (EE) revealed could improve EE PTN. Thermogravimetric analysis differential scanning calorimetry experiment indicated thermal stability zein-PTN-CQDs-FeⅢ increased because structure. greatly release rate active substances achived targeted release.
