ABSTRACT
In study, we investigated the effect of treatment with combination < 3 kDa + Rg1 on scopolamine-induced cognitive impairment in mice and mechanism BDNF/TrKB/CREB signaling pathway PC12 cells is regulated. behavioral experiments, kDa+Rg1 improved memorizing ability mice. Treatment significantly regulated function neurotransmitters effectively morphology neurons determined by H&E, Nissl, Golgi staining. Additionally, immunohistochemistry showed that decreased AChE activity increased ChAT content hippocampus. The upregulated VAChT, activated pathway, remodeling dendritic spines, enhanced cholinergic functions. cells, Trx-1 expression after administering TrKB pathway. results regulating to decrease impairment.
