ABSTRACT
The article presents the results of experimental modeling superficial fragment gunshot wounds soft tissues, obtained in low-energy wounds. pathomorphosis was studied, and features timing their healing were compared depending on temperature damaging fragments. aim work to study effect injuring shrapnel processes tissues animals with superficial Using random number method, laboratory (rabbits) divided into 3 groups (15 each). In each group, wounding fragments different temperatures − 18°С, 50°С 100°С. control group consisted 10 intact animals. On day 14th, 30th 60th, 5 from withdrawn experiment. Microscopic examination performed using a PRIMO STAR light microscope (Carl Zeiss, Germany) at magnification by 56 400 times. When assessing state area wound damage, it established that as increases, slower filling defect formed necrotic detritus process utilization is observed. high along mechanical rupture causes thermal coagulation necrosis. Dense coagulated masses covering canal inside, not only increase volume masses, but also complicate healing. At 100°C, formation crust surface occurred average 3±1.2 days later than 18°C 50°C, least pronounced took place bottom muscle tissue. Microscopically necrotic, dystrophic changes observed myocytes. Thus, comparative analysis when injured an air rifle MP-532 showed differences both alteration regenerative potential.
