ABSTRACT
Asthma (As) and metabolic disturbances are widespread socially significant states, obesity (Ob) being also one of them. The comorbidity As Ob both affects physiological mechanisms bronchial obstruction syndrome, the course prognosis these two diseases significantly complicates their treatment. A combination changes in ventilation a complex architectonics bronchi may contribute to worsening control over As. performed study deals with problem early diagnosis progression patients comorbidity. involved 62 Of them, there were 24 cases normal body mass (Group I) 38 As+Ob II). Along evaluation respiratory function values anthropometric examination, all underwent controlling carbohydrate metabolism. It was found out that combined accompanied by cascade disorders: hyperinsulinemia, insulin resistance, higher levels HbA1с fasting glucose versus group (р<0.05). According correlation analysis data, Group II negative correlations between HOMA-IR 40≤FEV1<50% (r= -0.53; р<0.05), 50%≤FEV1<60% -0.49; level -0.42; р<0.05) as well positive HPMA-IR value BMI (r=0.39; revealed. Patients As, degree 1 disorder FEV1>60% revealed hyperinsulinemia an increased resistance index; this fact can be regarded prognostic criterion for improved diagnosis, prognostication unfavorable consequences optimization treatment approaches. In order detect it is not enough determine glycated hemoglobin. necessity studying systematization determination development concomitant whom iGCS prescribed proved.
